As part of the national day of action against Hindu fascism, folks will be protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act+National Register of Citizens —genocidal policies, agendas, and islamophobic violent systems Hindu fascism has created and the funding that comes from diasporic networks. It is so important we show up for and support Dalit, Bahujan, & Muslim liberation and leadership. There is massive support for the BJP & modi by Upper caste South Asian Americans in SoCal. Funding for this violence & the rise of the RSS+ BJP comes greatly from the diaspora— some of the biggest donations to them has come from Orange County, CA !! It’s been time for Savarnas to take responsibility for the destruction our communities have done and disrupt these cycles of pain and institutional atrocities.
