Calling in relationships of reciprocity and mutual fulfillment! To supple loving that is committed to inner work, rooted in boundaries and intuition. To relationships committed to deep listening, as a form of nourishment! Nourishment as celebrating each other, learning how to serenade our loves, our friends, our communities! To watering those who feed us emotionally, physically, spiritually, those who hold us in times of need, and to honor our many teachers! Acknowledgement of those who feed us is an act of love and care-- to honor those who have been a part of your process makes for more robust relations with our connections. I believe to truly nourish ourselves and others we must build a relationship with nourishing our own selves deeply. We must get to know ourselves, our textures, listen to what our bodies and hearts are telling us! & when nourishing others, we must listen and learn them~ This piece, along with more to come, are reflections from personal femme fatigue, the healing of relationship dynamics and understanding my needs. Enrich me, nourish me, but with balance~ not from a place of over giving, from a place that is joyful, of want, of care, not obligation, not duty, no shoulds…! Enrich me, flow with me, learn me, do not consume me, nor take from me.
